Why a drone roof survey?

Traditional building inspection methods such as scaffolding are expensive and time consuming to organise, but as a CAA Approved Drone Company, we can organise your survey quickly and for a fraction of the price of traditional building inspection methods. In addition to cost and time benefits, aerial building inspections using drones are significantly safer to carry out with pre-flight site surveys and risk assessments forming part of every inspection to ensure optimum safety for clients and any potential uninvolved people. In addition to roof inspections, drone surveys have the same benefits when inspecting guttering, wind turbines, bridges, commercial roofs, power lines, solar panels and wind farms to name a few.

It’s important to note that we are not roofers, or builders, and we can’t provide a quote for remediation of any issues that we may find. We leave that to the experts! We will provide them with high resolution images in order for them to safely and cost effectively evaluate any works that need to be completed.

Drone chimney inspections

Chimneys can be hard to access, and where the chimney is above 2 storeys, a considerable amount of scaffolding would be required for a traditional inspection. Drone chimney inspections in Manchester are not only safer, but they are also considerably cheaper. Drone chimney surveys can be carried out on commercial and domestic properties when looking to assess any maintenance requirements. A further benefit of using a drone for this type of inspection is that there is no damage to the surrounding fabric of the building.
