How much does a Drone Survey cost?

Drone roof survey pricing depends mainly on the size of the building being inspected. An inspection for a small residential house can cost as little as £95 +vat. However, larger commercial aerial building inspections can cost upwards of £495 + vat depending on the size of the building. We have provided some examples of drone survey pricing below, but we treat every inspection as an individual job, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Why commission an Aerial Building Inspection?

Traditional building inspection methods such as scaffolding are expensive and time consuming to organise. However, as a CAA Approved Drone Company, we can organise your survey quickly and for a fraction of the price of traditional building inspection methods. In addition to cost and time benefits, aerial building inspections using drones are significantly safer to carry out. Pre-flight site surveys and risk assessments are part of every inspection to ensure optimum safety for clients and any potential uninvolved people. In addition to roof inspections, drone surveys have the same benefits when inspecting guttering, wind turbines, bridges, commercial roofs, power lines, solar panels and wind farms to name a few.

We use state of the art DJI drones to produce high resolution aerial images and video for roofing contractors or building inspectors. We have a number of drones available to us for use in aerial building inspections. The selection of the drone can depend on the environment we are working in, and the flight conditions on the day. All solutions provide incredibly sharp high resolution images and video.

It’s important to note that we are not roofers, or builders, and we can’t provide a quote for remediation of any issues that we may find. We leave that to the experts! We will provide them with high resolution images in order for them to safely and cost effectively evaluate any works that need to be completed.

Drone Chimney Inspection

Chimneys can be hard to access, and where the chimney is above 2 storeys, a considerable amount of scaffolding would be required for a traditional inspection. Drone chimney inspections in Manchester are not only safer, but they are also considerably cheaper. Drone chimney surveys can be carried out on commercial and domestic properties when looking to assess any maintenance requirements. A further benefit of using a drone for this type of inspection is that there is no damage to the surrounding fabric of the building.
